Currently, the Cultural Brokers Network of Canada is the new name for the former CHW Network. The name was changed in order to foster a national movement of Cultural Brokers and to strengthen cultural brokering practices supporting immigrant and refugee communities in multiple sectors, including settlement, health and social services.
